Get Your Back Right with an Inversion Table

People are always talking about how bad their back hurts them.  This or that has caused it go out and there is nothing that they can do about it.  Well they are wrong.  There is plenty you can do to make sure that your back does not bother you and one of them is to invest in an inversion table and use it regularly.

Inversion tables and boots are something that has been shown in movies and television shows on many occasions as a bit of a joke.  You see ‘muscle heads’ using them to show off their abs and people always laugh about it and move on.  The fact is that they are very effective in getting your spine lined back up and can keep your back in great shape.

The secret to their success is the fact that you are taking all of the weight off of your back and allowing it to recover.  The blood flows freely and with no pressure directly on your back, it is free to realign and get you standing up straight again.

There are various means to go about doing this.  The one method is by using the inversion boots.  These are often much cheaper than investing in a table and can be used to hang from a bar that would be mounted in a doorway or some other area that it can be braced properly.  You hook the boots in and then hang upside down.

The next method is to actually get a table that you can lie down on and strap yourself in to.  The table is then rotated so that you are inverted and once again, your back is the beneficiary of all of this.  If you do it on a regular basis, your back will continually feel revived and be much healthier.

There are other ways to use the inversion table, most notably as a part of your workout.  It is not uncommon for someone to use the inversion boots as an ab workout.  They get on the bar and then do crunches while inverted.  It is an absolutely incredible way to build up your core and will do so much more effectively than just regular crunches.

People will also use an inversion table as a cool down when they are working out.  It is a way to get the blood flowing to all of your muscles and start the recovery process that much quicker.  The sooner you can get the blood flowing to those muscles, the sooner they will be back in shape and ready for another workout.

Looking after your back and your overall well being is very serious business.  When you have a tool that allows you to help out that process, it definitely deserves some looking into.  The inversion boots may not be for everyone, but there is no reason for you not to give the table a shot.  You may be a little intimidated at first, but give it a try for a few days and see if you feel better.  We are pretty sure that once you try it, you will be hooked for life.
